Navigating Configuration

In Configuration, you can find your tenant details, integrations that are enabled or disabled in your tenant, lists, and business hours. In this tutorial, we'll review the information that you can expect to see and the actions you can take in each section.

  You will see the message "No Results Found" anytime there hasn't been anything created for the page you are viewing. For example, if no one has created business hours in your tenant, you will see "No Results Found" in Business Hours Management.
