Navigating Configuration
In Configuration, you can find your tenant details, integrations that are enabled or disabled in your tenant, lists, and business hours. In this tutorial, we'll review the information that you can expect to see and the actions you can take in each section.
You will see the message "No Results Found" anytime there hasn't been anything created for the page you are viewing. For example, if no one has created business hours in your tenant, you will see "No Results Found" in Business Hours Management. |
In the tenants section, you can see the tenant and child tenants that you have access to if you have the MANAGE_TENANTS permission, which is included in the Administrator role. If you are a tenant administrator, you can take actions such as searching for tenants, making bulk changes to tenants you administer, and creating new child tenants.
